HOW CAN IT BE FREE?
Your Space Plc is committed to empowering young businesses and entrepreneurs across the country. A virtual office is a great way to get your foot on the business ladder. Naturally once your business has outgrown a virtual office then switching to an actual office at the centre is the next logical step. Without needing to change address and having already establishing a rapport with our staff means the transition would be seamless for you, and mutually beneficial to us both.
Thanks to a major investment in the telecommunications infrastructure throughout our nationwide network of business centres - the same technology that allows us to offer free calls to our internal clients - we can provide call forwarding at no extra cost.
Our receptionists handle all our clients calls in the same professional manner and where they would normally patch calls through to our internal client’s offices, they simply forward yours through to you. If you come to your chosen centre to pick up your mail within two days of its arrival then the service remains completely free. However if after two days your mail has not been picked up we will forward it to you at a small cost. All this would be outlined to you before you’re ready to sign up.

ARE THERE any HIDDEN CHARGES?
There are no hidden charges. Your virtual office remains free as long as you pick your mail within two days - and even if you don’t there will only be a small charge to forward it on to you which will be made clear to you before you sign up.
The only other charges would be entirely up to you and the extra services you require such as secretarial work; typing, faxing, copying, dictating etc., or extra communication services such as mail scanning and sending to email.
