Your Space plc announces that Mr Laurence Davis, non-executive director, on 24 April
2006 purchased 25,000 ordinary shares in the company at a price of 45p per share.
Following this purchase, Laurence Davis’s total holding in the Company amounts to 1,312,141 ordinary shares (representing 6.87 per cent of the issued share capital).
