In conformity with the Transparency Directive’s transitional provision 6, Your Space plc notifies the market of the following:
The Company’s issued share capital consists of 19,524,868 ordinary shares of 10p each with voting rights.
No ordinary shares are held in treasury.
The above figure of 19,524,868 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in Your Space plc, under the FSA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
