- Credit crunch beating office opens in Manchester
A new breed of office comes to the centre of Manchester
Friday, July 18, 2008
NEW CITY CENTRE OFFICE TAKES THE CRUNCH OUT OF THE CLIMATE!
St. James's Court, which resides in between King St and Market St, is flanked on all sides by the major banks and corporations in the financial quarter.
Marking a new era in business premises - shaped in response to the current climate, SJC (even the name has its own sense of frugality) is a premium office space with credit-crunch beating prices starting from £175 per worksation, per month. Thanks to an innovative partnership with telecommunication and technology giants Ntl:TeleWest and Cisco Systems, the offer includes free calls and free broadband along with an already impressive, all-inclusive package of free furniture, air-con, concierge service.. the list goes on...
But the offices themselves are far from basic "We've created the space to serve the current need for a more flexible option without sacrificing the quality of environment and service" says Your Space brand manager Colin Rimmer. "People need to address all overheads whilst retaining their edge over the competition. Being in such a superb location without being tied to a 5 or 10 year lease means they can enjoy the best of both worlds - they will have the latest technology in a suberb setting and still more than satisfy their financial obligations".
SJC is the second development in Manchester for Your Space plc - an innovative serviced office and redevelopment company with an interesting portfolio of properties throughout the UK. Their other site - 23 New Mount Street has also proved popular being only minutes walk from the city centre but just far enough away to benefit from vast parking facilities - not that SJC suffers either - having the largest private underground car park in the centre is an obvious boon for the site.
So let's get this straight, it's location is superb, it has meeting and training facilities, almost everything is in with the price, there's on-site parking and the price is less than you'd expect to pay way out of town? Seems like it's not all doom and gloom after all!
