MAJOR CASH BOOST TO GRADE ll LISTED OFFICE CONVERSION

Your Space Plc has today revealed that it will inject a further £750,000 into the refurbishment of its New Mount Street site, Manchester.

The developer, which specialises in refurbishing Grade II Listed buildings and buildings of character, has already invested £1m in the renovation of the former print works to create state of the art serviced offices in the city centre.

This latest cash boost will be used to convert the lower ground floor into 22 new contemporary offices, 80 per cent of which will benefit from natural light. 

The added 7500sq ft of refurbished office space will be designed to the highest specification and will provide a 500 sq ft VIP lounge for clients to relax and enjoy refreshments. The Lower ground floor at New Mount Street will also feature state of the art access control, intruder detection and CCTV. A recessed, feature lighting system in the communal corridors will provide a striking characteristic for the lower ground floor design.
