- The Bridge development works - a huge Success
The Bridge at Clerkenwell - an instant hit
Friday, July 18, 2008
The Bridge at Clerkenwell has been rejuvenated – or should that be ‘has received a facelift’? Truth be told The Bridge has undergone a total transformation of the ground floor space as well as improvements to first and second floor offices and the addition of new meeting and conferencing facilities in the basement.
All the new offices now benefit from huge increases in daylight (or whatever the British summer will allow!) largely thanks to the use of glass partitioning – light now floods in from the front, rear and sides to give an overall light and airy feel.
The Meeting and conferencing facilities are mostly housed in the basement where you’ll find a well-equipped, conference/training room adjacent to a plush VIP lounge to unwind or catch up on the day’s events.
As the last lick of paint touched the walls there was already a waiting list of potential takers for the new spaces and we’re pleased to announce a 60% occupancy with eager sign-ups waiting in the wings. New tenant Dauphin, a trendy supplier of office furniture, have taken the majority of the ground floor space to use as offices including the stunning front of house space which they intend to use to showcase their ranges of contemporary furniture. A launch date is imminent and will no doubt introduce plenty of design-appreciative clients to the site – we wish Dauphin the greatest success with in their new home.
The result of the completion of works at The Bridge is testament to the design skills and hard work of the Your Space development team and have brought a welcome addition of a new, cool environment to the already design conscious community of Clerkenwell.
