One of Belfast's finest buildings is to become the most sought after office address

Scottish Provident Institution Building. circa 1902. Donegall Square West, Belfast, Northern Ireland.

During the last decade of Victoria's reign, the Belfast architects Young and Mackenzie designed two enormous office blocks immediately to the west of Donnegal Place and the new City Hall. The most notable building in the area, the Scottish Provident Institution, a towering Corinthian-inspired block of Giffnoch sandstone, was built in sections from 1899 to 1902

This incredible structure is to become Belfast's premier business location serving over 33,000 sq ft of prime serviced office space. The building couldn't be better placed with all Belfast city centre has to offer right on your doorstep. As you can see from the pictures in the gallery, the buildng commands an unmistakeable presence besides City Hall with many offices benefitting from the views over City Hall's gardens. Directly in front of the main entrance is the busy hub of Belfast's bus network with professionals, commuters and shoppers enjoying the influx of new bars, coffee shops, restaurants and high street stores.

Over 130 high spec offices will be created - all benefitting from the latest cabling infrastructure that every modern office requires - as future-proofed as possible to account for the inevitable advancements in future technology.

It's not only the building itself that's impressive. Clients will enjoy free calls and broadband, free furniture and a concierge on hand to throughout the day to ensure youre business runs as smoothly as possible. Together with impeccable meeting & conferencing facilities and virtual drop-in lounges, this will be Your Space's - and indeed Northern Ireland's flagship super business hub.
