Glasgow

COMING SOON...

One of Glasgow's most distinctive building's is set to become one of our most prestigious developments to date.

Designed by T L Watson with the assistance of W J Anderson, the Renaissance-style building was one of the first in Glasgow to use red sandstone. It opened in 1889 to house the offices and printing works of the Evening Citizen, the first of Glasgow's three evening newspapers, which ceased publication in 1974.

The Citizen Office is in a prime location seconds from George Square - a popular centre for retail, tourism and businesses alike. Queen Street train station is just 0.1 miles away. The Buchanan Galleries Shopping Centre and Central Square are also in close proximity along with a number of cafes, restaurants and delicatessens nearby.

As a business centre offering quality serviced offices and generous meeting and conference facilities, The Citizen Office won't disappoint. Whether you're a start up company, an established business ready to expand or simply need a satellite office in a prime location, you'll have everything you'll need to take the day to day stress out of running an office - leaving you to get on with your core business.

The latest technology will underpin the fabric of the newly refurbished offices and will be of the highest standard. Super high bandwidth and the latest telecom system will feature throughout the building.

All the services you could wish for (and more) will be available when the refurbishment is completed (Autumn 2007). From reception staff taking calls on your behalf to a full concierge service, everything will be there as you need it, when you need it.
